Hi, I’m Katie! I discovered yoga in 2017 when I felt as though I had hit rock bottom - physically, mentally and emotionally. My personal practice sustained me, brought me back to myself and allowed me to start to heal.
This isn’t a rare phenomenon - a lot of people experience burn out, and may have stressors in their life that they feel like they can’t overcome.
I am strongly driven to provide as much knowledge, support and ideas to others to help them overcome their rock bottom too (or hopefully give people the tools to prevent them from hitting rock bottom all together!)
I completed my 350 hour Teacher Training in 2021 and I am a registered Level 1 Teacher with Yoga Australia. I hold a current First Aid/CPR Certificate and Blue Card.
Om Yoga Collective was born from the heart. It’s a safe place to enable others to learn about their body, find mindfulness and become comfortable with who they are, and where they are within their lives.
