Why Join a Women’s Circle?

For many women, life is full. Sometimes overwhelmingly so. We give so much of ourselves to our families, our work and the world around us. We often forget to leave space to truly tend to our own hearts. Our own needs. Our own community. Our own need for genuine, soul-nourishing connection.

This women’s circle offers you a sanctuary. A soft and supportive space to come home to yourself.

In this circle, you’ll experience the power of being gently held in a community of like-hearted women. You’ll be invited to slow down, breathe deeply and explore practices that nourish your body, mind and spirit. Each element of this gathering is designed to meet you exactly where you are.

You don’t need to be anything other than yourself to belong here. This is your moment to pause, reconnect, and remember the joy that already lives within you.

Katie, Gentle Flow Yoga teacher at Om Yoga Collective

Hello darling soul, my name is Katie, and it is so lovely to connect with you!

At Om Yoga Collective, my heart’s work is to create sacred spaces where women can pause, reconnect, and nourish their inner world. As women, we often pour so much love into others that we forget to offer the same tenderness to ourselves. This circle is a gentle reminder that you, too, are worthy of care, joy and deep self-love.

This gathering is an invitation to soften, breathe, and remember the joy that already lives within you. Through heartfelt connection, soulful practices, and shared presence, we will create a sanctuary where you can feel truly seen, held, and celebrated—exactly as you are.

No prior experience with yoga, meditation or women’s circles is needed. You are welcome exactly as you are.

FAQs

Do I need to have been to a women’s circle before?

Not at all. This circle is open to you whether it’s your first time or your fiftieth. You’ll be gently guided through the experience and supported every step of the way.

Will I have to speak or share?

Only if you would like to, my darling. This is a space for you to honour what you need. I encourage you to connect in with yourself and listen to what your body and soul wants to do. You may wish to speak, to sit and reflect quietly, or simply to listen and receive. There is no pressure to do anything you do not wish to do. 

What should I bring?

Please bring a yoga mat if you have one, a water bottle and wear comfortable clothing. A journal and pen will be provided, but if you have a favourite journal that you wish to bring, please feel free to do so xx

Is this circle religious or spiritual?

This circle is non-denominational and is solidly focused on community and connecting in with yourself. It is a gentle, inclusive space open to women of all beliefs and backgrounds. 

I’m feeling really nervous and I don’t know whether this is for me or not.

My love, I completely understand. I get nervous about trying new things too! It’s quite a daunting thing to undertake.
